When you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us, we collect:

  • Name, email address, and password
  • Billing information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers)
  • Business name, website URL, and industry
  • Communications you send to us (support tickets, emails, contact forms)

Information we collect automatically

When you use our Services, we automatically collect:

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
  • Device information (operating system, screen resolution)
  • Usage data (features used, agent actions taken, campaign performance data)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

Information from third parties

If you connect third-party accounts (Google Ads, Meta, social platforms), we receive data from those services as authorized by you. We use this data solely to operate the AI agents on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, agent activity summaries, alerts)
  • Respond to support requests and inquiries
  • Monitor for abuse, fraud, or security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Send product updates and marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)

We do not use your business data or content to train AI models for other customers. Your brand voice, customer data, and generated content are yours and remain isolated to your account.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Trusted vendors who help us operate the platform (Supabase for database, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for AI processing). Each is bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with advance notice to you.
  • With your consent: For any other purpose with your explicit permission.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days to allow reactivation, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting privacy@framwerk.ai.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure — we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.
